- Check tester eligibility and access
- Correct the roster or configuration
- Record evidence before applying again
What to capture
- The affected Google account and country.
- The testing track, release status, and tester group.
- The exact opt-in URL and the message shown.
- The Play Console roster and eligibility state.
Avoid resets without evidence
Changing tracks, groups, and releases at the same time hides the actual cause. Resolve one failed boundary, verify it, then continue.
